Balder has a strong and almost majestic expression.
It is made of living 1-year old willow sticks which are twisted around an iron frame. The twisted willows form a beautiful Harlequin pattern when you view the sculpture from a distance.
Balder is designed so LED spotlights can be established in the bottom of the sculpture. The uplight creates a fantastic and exotic atmosphere at night.
