Payment:
You can pay with the following cards in our webshop: Visa and MasterCard. Payment is processed via a secure, encrypted SSL connection through WooPayment. The amount is charged when the item is dispatched.
Shipping:
Books are sent via PostNord. The amount will be charged once the parcel has been dispatched.
You may also choose to collect your book at our address: Drisdalsvej 34, 4100 Ringsted. We will contact you when the book is ready for collection.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online. This period starts from the date you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us and inform us why you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back clearly marked with your name, address, and phone number. Returns are only accepted if the item is in the same condition as when delivered. If not returned in its original condition, we will inspect the item and assess its resale value. Your payment card will be credited as soon as the returned goods are received and approved.
Items returned without postage or requiring collection will not be accepted by Baugaarden.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints:
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. You have a 24-month right to complain. This means you may have a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation.
Naturally, it is a condition that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen due to misuse or other damaging behaviour.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from www.baugaarden.com can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, a division of the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can file a complaint via www.forbrug.dk.
